Udaipur. under the auspices of Rotary Club Panna and All India Hair and Beauty Association, Sonal Patel, wife of former Governor of Rotary club Moulin Patel, donated her hair to help cancer patients coming forward and inspired other women.

Club president Rajesh Sharma said that with the addition of small girls to this project, women and men are also coming forward to donate their hair to make wigs for cancer patients.

He said that on March 7, World Hair Donation Day would be celebrated. A large number of women will be donating hair at many places simultaneously. As a permanent project of the club, 216 people have donated hair in Udaipur so far.
