Titiksha Arya Awarded Tarangini Kalashri Honor in Mumbai

Udaipur: In the domain of Indian classical music, efforts are underway to provide a platform for aspiring artists and students, aiming to promote the genre among the youth. In line with this objective, the Pandit Jaggannath Prasad Smriti Manch, established in memory of Pandit Mathura Prasad and Pandit JagannathPrasad, underthe guidance of late Pandit Badri Prasad and led by Pandit Jaggannath Prasad, organized a program where Titiksha Arya, a student of Shruti Music School, was recently honored with the Tarangini Kalashri award in Mumbai. Director Shikha Bahal explained that Titiksha Arya, a student of the fifth year (Pratham SangitSamiti) here, was honored with the Nritya Tarangini Kalashri award in Mumbai. This program was held at the Lata Mangeshkar Natya Griha in Mumbai, where TitikshaArya'sdancewashighly appreciated by artists, audiences, and critics. ShementionedthatTitiksha Aryaiscurrentlyreceivingeducation from Pandit Narendra Kumar Vyavat in Udaipur and has already presented successful performances as a newlyemergedartistonmany stages. Titiksha practices herself and also teaches children at Shruti, The School of Music. This instituteprovides training insinging,instrumentalmusic, and dance. She also mentionedthatasummer campfor classical music will be organized in the upcoming summer vacation. ShikhaBahalstatedthatthe aim of this organization is to presentIndianclassicalmusic in its true form to the youth.
