Udaipur. Additional District and Sessions Judge (Women Harassment Case) Dr. Dushyant Dutt has appealed to the advocates to plead and make an assertion before the strong advocacy of their parties.

The judge asked all the advocates to thoroughly study all the papers of the parties in civil criminal or any other cases before preparing an application, a letter of appeal, a letter of complaint, or any kind, then meeting with him. After having heard the matter thoroughly and what is the role of the defendant in this regard and after studying the treatment given by the court in the judicial illustration, prepare a draft and show it to the court with the satisfaction of the party.

Bar Association President Manish Sharma said that due to the lockdown, to maintain the knowledge of the customary law of the lawyers, who are deprived of judicial functions and following the advice of the government by staying in the houses, and to make the young advocates aware of the law.
