Banswara, 73rd Republic Day of the nation, was celebrated with solemnity at GGTU Banswara; on this occasion, Vice-Chancellor Dr. I.V. Trivedi hoisted the Tri-Color. At this juncture, he congratulated the faculty staff and students of the university. He said that in the independence of India, the role of Vagad can not be forgotten; the scarifies laid down by tribal people is already written in gold letters; hundreds of Aadiwasi’s sacrificed their lives in the freedom moment. VC assured that the university is committed to quality education among tribals.State Cabinet Minister Mahendrajeet Singh Malviya shared his experiences and congratulated the vagad people on Republic Day. He said that the State government is committed to developing state people; our Chief Minister is always thinking for the betterment of the ordinary person. Various schemes launched by the state government have set an example for other states. Talking about the health insurance scheme, he said that now no one is to be worried about their health total health cover is given by our Government to every people of Rajasthan. Several dignities and officials of the university were present.
