Rajasthan Spice Association Hosts Regional Business Meet in Kota

Kota: The Rajasthan Association of Spices is set to host a two-day Regional Business Meet on February 10th and 11th at Hotel Mukundra Sarovar Premier, Jhalawar Road Jagpura, Kota. Scheduled to commence at 4 PM on February 10th, the event anticipates the participation of approximately 500 traders, farmers, and businessmen from India and abroad. President Shyam Jaju and Secretary Mahavir Gupta announced in a press conference that discussions will revolve around the production, marketing, export, and market outlook of seed spices in Rajasthan. The association, actively involved in scientific efforts to benefit local spice farmers, will present the results of a recent satellite survey during the seminar. Noteworthy commodity experts are invited to guide participants on various aspects, including demand, quality production, and marketing. Renowned spice companies like Aachi Masala, Shakti Masala, and Swastik Masala will contribute insights on production and market demands. President Shyam Jaju and Secretary Mahavir Gupta emphasized the high demand for Rajasthan's spices nationally and internationally, citing the association's efforts to establish a unique identity for these spices in foreign markets. The event aims to further boost trade, processing, marketing, and export of cumin, coriander, fennel, fenugreek, mustard, and fenugreek leaves, building on the success of the Global Business Meet organized in Jaipur in 2023.
