Udaipur. The meeting of the high officials of the Maharana Pratap Agriculture and Technology was held online at 10:30 am on Wednesday. The meeting was chaired by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Narendra Singh Rathore MPUAT Registrar, Mrs. Kavita Pathak informed that the meeting was originally implemented during COVID-19 from the deans of all the university colleges, the status of various courses before lockdown, the conduct of courses during the lockdown, the presence of students during online teaching and Interests, education works, research works, agricultural extension and real estate works were reviewed. Similarly, after the opening of the lockdown in COVID, as per the instructions of the state government, the opening of educational institutions was organized with regard to the accommodation of students and hostels, education system, conducting practical classes, the possible format of examinations, and preparation. Meetings exempted from teaching work, laboratory arrangements for laboratory, strategy and procedure for conducting examinations, Corona lockdown compliance with Guide Lines, all possible suggestions, strong management in hostels and mess, intensive on staff arrangements Discussions were made as well as the issues of how to deal with any type of emergency.

Vice-Chancellor Dr. Rathore said that to limit the number of students, perhaps on June 15, they should call the internet, make guidelines and follow up on the arrival of students in the college, arrange a single room in the hostel, arrange for lunches from 11.00 am in a mess, and He gave necessary instructions to open the mess for a long time, to keep the movement closed after 9.00 pm in the night, to make a guideline for this. He also talked about arranging regular yoga and personal development classes for the physical and mental health of the students.

Dr. Abhay Kumar, Director of Research, told in the meeting that during the lockdown period all the more Indian coordinated agricultural research project conducted, crop trials in pre-harvesting of Rabi crop was done on time and all the data were also collected. Sowing of Kharif crops is also being done under all guidelines and precautions. And many online pieces of training are also being organized by scientists.

Extension Education Director Dr S. L. Mundra said that through all the 8 Krishi Vigyan Kendras, agricultural advice is being disseminated every week through newspapers and SMAS and farmers should be given all the precautions, use of masks, hands, social and social activities during agriculture and animal husbandry. Adoption of distance etc. precautions are being offered from time to time. On this occasion, the Vice-Chancellor presiding over the meeting said that all necessary precautions should be adopted to prevent infection during the training of farmers in KVK. Registrar Smt. Kavita Pathak, Finance Controller Dr. Sanjay Singh, All Directors, Coordinators, Student Welfare Officer, Real Estate Officer, etc. were present in the meeting.
