Emerging Legal Issues - 2022 brainstormed in a two-day law workshop

Jaipur. The two-day Government of India lawyers workshop concluded with the presence of High Court Judges and Additional Solicitor General of five states.
 Additional Solicitor General of India Rajdeepak Rastogi informed that it was inaugurated by Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju and Union Minister of State for Law SP S Baghel on Saturday.
 The conference was presided over by Supreme Court Judge Justice Ajay Rastogi.
In the program, Rajasthan High Court Acting CJ M M Srivastava, Gujarat High Court CJ Arvind Kumar, and Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta were present in the inaugural session.

Civil rules should also be changed for this to record his statement. He also talked about promoting Artificial Intelligence.
He said that praising the e-portal for e-challan started in Rajasthan, he said that it would benefit the common people, justice would be accessible faster, and the pendency of cases would come down.
 Chief Justice of Rajasthan M M Srivastava congratulated the organizers on the successful completion of the workshop.
Justice Srivastava also emphasized promoting the use of technology in the judiciary and said that we should be updated with technology.
 The workshop coordinator, Additional Solicitor General RD Rastogi, while expressing gratitude on the occasion of concluding, threw light on the glory of Mewar.
ASG Rastogi said that this workshop was organized for the first time in West Zone. Three technical sessions were scheduled for two days in the workshop. Rajasthan High Court Judge Sandeep Mehta, Madhya Pradesh High Court Judge Anand Pathak, and Bombay High Court ASG Anil Singh attended the session on White Collar Crime on the first day. After this, on the Role of Advocate in Nation Building and National Security, Judge Vijay Vishnoi of Rajasthan High Court, Judge Anirudh of Gujarat High Court, and ASG Rastogi of Rajasthan High Court attended.
