Chief Minister appealed not to close the cities

Jaipur . Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot appealed to the representatives of all political parties and the people of the state to cooperate in maintaining peace. He said that Rajasthan has been a state of communal harmony and peaceful. It is the important responsibility of all of us to maintain the glorious common tradition here. He said that the Udaipur incident is not a religious incident but a terrorist incident. The strings of criminals have been found from international organizations involved in illegal activities. The criminals will be punished harshly by the state government without delay. We all should unite and condemn such incidents in a peaceful manner.
Shri Gehlot was addressing an all-party meeting held at the Chief Minister's residence on Wednesday evening. He said that in a tense atmosphere, parties should make efforts to maintain peace and brotherhood in the society by leaving political ideology.
The Chief Minister said that even during the Corona period, all the parties had made efforts to come forward together and fight the grave situation. Religious leaders, political parties, various social organizations as well as the general public had cooperated. He said that today again we have to come forward together in the same way and fight the criminals who spread fear and terror. The common man need not be afraid of criminals and threats, the state government is standing with them in every situation.
Mr. Gehlot said that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has registered a case. Rajasthan SOG and ATS will fully cooperate in the investigation. Congratulating the Rajasthan Police, he said that the police team has set an example by making quick arrests. He condemned the incident of assault with the policeman in Bhim.
The Chief Minister assured the people that just as the criminals were punished by taking prompt action in many cases of POCSO Act, similarly strict action would be taken in Udaipur and other cases as well. He said that the entire state is standing with the family of the deceased Shri Kanhaiyalal. Financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh will be provided to the dependent family.
Rajasthan is becoming an example in maintaining peace
Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Dr. C.P. Joshi said that the representatives of the parties should give a message to their booth level workers to maintain peace. We all should set the example of Rajasthan in the country by maintaining peace. He suggested prevention of cyber crime, monitoring of content on social media and creating a strong cyber intelligence system.
The people of the state are determined to save the cordial heritage.
State President of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee, Shri Govind Singh Dotasra said that the police has taken prompt action in the inhuman incident. Now the people of the state came forward with determination to save the harmonious heritage of the state. It is the responsibility of the political parties not to do politics in such a time, stand firmly and promptly with the government.

Minister of State for Home Shri Rajendra Singh Yadav appealed to the people of the state to maintain peace. He said that political parties should unite and appeal to the people of the state to maintain peace and order. Strict punishment will be given to all the criminals involved in Udaipur incident.
The incident is not related to any religion, caste or community.
National Lok Dal representative and Minister of State for Technical Education Dr. Subhash Garg said that this terrorist incident should not be seen by connecting it to any caste, religion or community. This is the first time such an incident has happened in the state. It is the responsibility of the political parties to give a message of solidarity with the state government in such a situation. CPI(M) representative Shri Balwan Poonia said that the party strongly condemns such terrorist acts. Strict action should be taken against those who try to crush the Constitution.

Bharatiya Janata Party representative and former minister Shri Arun Chaturvedi said that the Rajasthan Police has immediately arrested the criminals. The government should make efforts to make Rajasthan a model state by punishing them at the earliest, only then the crime will stop in the state. There will be cooperation of all parties in this. MLA Mr. Sanyam Lodha said that soon after the incident, the government constituted the SIT. Thanking the Rajasthan Police, he said that we have to stop the origin of incidents. He appealed to spread the message of brotherhood on social media. MLA Shri Rajkumar Gaur strongly condemned the matter and thanked the Rajasthan Police team. He said that peace remained in the state on the second day of the incident. In future also, we all have to maintain peace while fulfilling the responsibility.
It is everyone's responsibility to stop the communal frenzy.
Representative of Kisan Mahapanchayat Shri Rampal Jat said that such incidents are a big challenge for the entire country. In such a situation, it is our responsibility to stop the communal frenzy arising out of them. There should be fear of punishment among the criminals. MLA from Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri Ramlal Sharma appealed to the people of the state to post on social media related to maintaining harmony instead of anger. He said that the entitled should get justice and the guilty should be punished.
