INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY CELEBRATION AT AIR FORCE STATION JODHPUR ON 21 JUNE 2022

Jaipur: Indian Air Force personnel celebrated International Yoga Day at Air Force Station Jodhpur on 21 Jun22.
Air Commodore Prajual Singh Vayu Sena Medal, Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Jodhpur along with all personnel of Air Force Station Jodhpur and their families participated in the event with zeal and enthusiasm. The aim of the camp was to create awareness amongst all the personnel about health benefits of Yoga and provide motivation to stay physically and mentally fit. The Yoga session was conducted by trained instructor and participants were sensitised on benefits of different Asanas as a remedy to various ailments.
Yoga Camp was also organized on19 and 30 May 22 as a prelude to International Yoga Day.
