Udaipur: Orientation program organized for BDS Batch 2021 of Geetanjali Dental and Research Institute, Udaipur. On this occasion, Professor Dr. F.S. Mehta, Vice-Chancellor Geetanjali University, Dr. Nikhil Verma, Dean GDRI Professor Dr.NarendraMogra,DeanG.M.CH.,Dr.SunitaDashottar,Medical Superintendent, Dr. Sandhya Ghai, Dean Geetanjali College of Nursing were present. Dr. Nikhil Verma briefed the students about the medical syllabus, rules, and regulations. Dr. DevinArnold providedAnti Ragging Awareness to the newcomers. Awhite Coat Ceremony for the students of Batch 2021 was organized where the teachers presented hard-earned white coats to the students.The students alsotooktheCharak oath and pledged to follow the code of conduct of a good doctor. Professor of the Department of Oral M e d i c i n e a n d Radiology,Dr.SimiT.,allottedmentors tothenewcomers.They will guide the students. Professor Dr. Minal Verma, Head of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, also gave a virtual tour of the hospitalandcollegetotheparentsandstudentsofthenewly recruited batch. Dr. F.S. Mehta encouraged the students to acquire clinical skills and learn de-stressing techniques. He also blessed the students for their successful journey ahead. Chief Security Officer Shri Chakrapal Singh informed about Anti-ragging and Hostel related facilities.
