Stature of the chief minister Ashok Gehlot grows more with Jaipur rally

With the success of the grand rally held in Jaipur protesting price-rises under the shadow of a new variant of corona- omicron and a large number of people attending it, the stature of chief minister Ashok Gehlot has grown much more. This grand rally was attended by national president Sonia Gandhi, former president Rahul Gandhi, general secretary Priyanka Gandhi, chief minister of Chhatisgarh Bhupesh Baghel, many other big leaders and congress workers from Rajathan and the whole of the nation. Punjab chief minister Charanjit Singh Channi could not attend the rally as his chartered plane reached Jaipur late.
Political experts agree that once again congress high command showed its confidence in chief minister Ashok Gehlot who is going to celebrate the third anniversary of his government and entrusted him the responsibility to hold the national rally against inflation that remained successful increasing his dimension in the party tremendously.
Tremendous preparations for this rally were jointly made by KC Venugopal, organization general secretary of All India Congress Committee, Ajay Makan, state in charge, chief minister Ashok Gehlot, state party president Govind Dotasara and other office bearers.
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot expressed his gratitude to Sonia Gandhi,interim president of all India congress committee, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi to select Rajasthan to hold the national rally and termed it a wrong practice on not to grant permission to hold a national rally in Delhi by central home department.
He said that in view of the wishes of the fellow countrymen, the rally should have been organized in Delhi only, but chockablocked with vanity, NDA has set a wrong convention by not doing so. Gehlot said that the central government is not listening to the general public and price-rises continue to go on increasing. He further said that the center is not listening to common man and farmers and has become arrogant. He warned that the public will teach the lesson in time to come. He stressed that no one should go so conceited, rather should listen to the problems of the people politely and render solutions to it, but the central government is not doing so.
It is worth mentioning that in the ensuing two years, in December 2023 state assembly elections are going to be held in Rajasthan in which looking into infighting among BJP state leaders, it is sure the congress party will be benefited with this. It is highly talked about in the political circles that with this rally not only the status of Ashok Gehlot has gone up, but the trust and respect for him has also gone up multifold before party high command. At the same time, this rally has turned into a medium to bring closer Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot and exhibit unity of the congress party.

Rahul Gandhi, former president of congress was seen in a new look in a grand rally of congress organized at Jaipur. In this rally he remained more attacking on the Modi government in the presence of Sonia Gandhi, national president of congress in the elimination rally held in a stadium located at Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.
Rahul Gandhi awesomely surmounted Modi government on the issues of inflation and Hindutva and attacked him sharply.
Calling him a Hindu and termed Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) a staunch HIndutvwadi. He said that there is a big difference between being Hindu and Hindutvawadi. Mahatma Gandhi was a Hindu, but Nathuram Godse was a Hindutvawadi. He alleged that Hindutvawadis stab in the back. A Hindu attacks from the front and not from the back. Rahul Gandhi did not stop here; he slammed Modi government of BJP in a row. He said that a Hindu may die, felled, but he always remains in the search of truth only. A Hindu spends his whole life in search of truth, but a Hindutvawadi spends his entire life in search of power and to grab the power. He does not kill anybody to grab the power. A Hindu follows the path of Satyagraha and the path of a Hindutvawadi is Satta-(power)graha.
Rahul appealed to congress leaders and workers gathered from across the whole nation that we have to uproot the Hindutawadis from the power. He said that since the year 2014, not Hindus bur Hindutvawadis are ruling the nation. We have to throw away Hindutvwadis and restore the Hindu rule. A Hindu embraces everybody and respects all the religion. In 2024 we have to take a sigh of relief by displacing such Hindutvawadis.
Along with Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, national general secretary of congress and chief minister Ashok Gehlot also fiercely attacked the Modi governmet. Gehlot said that Narendra Modi is such a prime minister who does not respond to the letters of a chief minister. Similarly, slamming Modi sternly, Priyanka Gandhi said that the whole nation is in the grip of a few capitalists. Our nation is not being run by the Modi government, rather three-four capitalists are controlling it and Modi is doing their work with full honesty.
