A Day Workshop on Laparoscopic Endo Suturing and Noting
A one-day workshop on Endo Training Skill Development was organized under the joint aegis of Pacific Medical College and Hospital and Johnson & Johnson. The workshop was inaugurated by PMCH Chairman Rahul Agarwal, Executive Director Aman Agarwal, CEO Sharad Kothari, Pacific Medical University Vice-Chancellor Dr. A.P. Gupta, Head of the Department of Surgery, Dr. M.M. Mangal, Dr. Rajrani Sharma, and Dr. Vishwas Johri
head Gynecology and Obstetrics Department.
On this occasion, Dr.M.M.Mangal informed that to explain the details of surgery to PG students in medical colleges of northern India, 12 endo suturing simulators have been made in Volvo bus by Johnson & Johnson, through which trainee doctors have been trained. In this workshop, PG resident doctors were taught various methods of surgery using laparoscopy on endo suturing simulators by senior doctors to instill &confidence in these young doctors.
