 Chief Minister Small Scale Industry Promotion Scheme

Chittorgarh,  Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is working on several schemes aimed at stabilizing the economy and generating employment in the state.  In view of this need, he has started the Chief Minister Small Scale Industry Promotion Scheme. This scheme has been started to provide interest subsidized loans through banks for easy establishment of state enterprises and to provide new employment opportunities to all sections of the state.



 The main objective of the scheme is to create new employment opportunities by providing low cost loans for the establishment of own enterprise manufacturing service and business or for expansion diversification or modernization of the established enterprise.   The scheme came into effect from 17 December and will remain in effect till 31 March 2024.  There is no provision for minimum age 18 and maximum age in terms of eligibility.  Self Help Group / Society / Partnership Firm / LLP Firm / Company which is registered under any law rule, no member of the applicant / family has benefited in the Central / State Government Employment Fund Scheme in the last 5 years, the applicant or member of the family should not be a bank defaulter, all members of the institution / group must be natives of the state of Rajasthan.  The institution group should not have been declared a defaulter by any bank, the institution / group should have been formed for 1 year.  Actively run for a minimum period of 1 year even after the expiry of 1 year of formation of institution / group.  All the information related to the institution / group is required to be available on the portal of any department of the State Government and regular audit of the accounts of cooperative institutions and engage in productive activities.



    These will include Nationalized Commercial Banks, Regional Rural Banks, Rajasthan Finance Corporation, SIDBI, Private Sector Scheduled Commercial Banks Authorized by Reserve Bank of India, Small Finance Bank Lending Institutions.



 10 crore has been kept for manufacturing sector, 10 crore for service sector, 1 crore for business sector The loan limit and interest subsidy is 8% in interest grant up to Rs. 25 lakh, 6% from ₹ 25 lakh to ₹ 5 crore, 5% from ₹ 5 crore to ₹ 10 crore.  100% recharge of interest on weavers card holders up to ₹ 1 lakh loan will be done as grant   Timely products / activities banned by the Government of India and the State Government, manufacture and sale of products made from meat, liquor and intoxicants, explosive substances, commercially registered vehicles worth more than Rs 10 lakh are ineligible.  For application process, Log in- www.sso.rajasthan.gov.in, Click on- MLUPY icon, Fill- Application Form, Upload- Documents as Required.  Documents required for this include applicant's photo, educational qualification, verified project report, caste certificate / experience certificate (for preference), original residence certificate (for state resident), Aadhaar card / Jan Aadhaar card number,  industries based registration (for expansion / modernization).



   Institutional applicants by the Government who have been working as successful and support groups for a long time or have attained the level or skill of production or want to carry on or expand business / economic activity as a group, applicants.  Priority should be given to those who are trained in any skill from the institute recognized by the state or are rewarded in the proposed field of work.



   At the same time, such applicants who were previously well-indebted to the bank, such applicants who fall in the category of Divyang, such applicants who actually exist as the most deprived sections of the society, the applicants whose deprived sections of the society from the action plan, Priority will also be given to getting special support or employment.



 Under the Chief Minister Small Scale Industry Promotion Scheme, many workers who have been skilled in the operation of that industry due to long-term work in any industry, applicants who are weaver card holders or artisan card holders in handicrafts for the weaving work will be given priority. Applicants who have returned from other countries of the world after working for minimum 1 year and will be given loan to workers and entrepreneurs, Applicants who take joint guarantee (joint guarantee) of each other, applicants who want to implement any innovation or research which will be very useful in future, applicants who have more employment generation in their work plan, environment.  There is a possibility of export promotion in the work plan of such applicant, if favorable or non-conventional energy resources are used, applicants whose proposal under the scheme, both employment and skills can be increased such as readymade textile manufacturing design etc. will get benefits under this scheme  Applicants who want to invest in health and environment friendly modernization of silicosis factor / affected enterprises and the heirs of such freedom fighters will be given preference to start their own venture.  All such applicants can avail the Chief Minister Small Scale Industry Promotion Scheme.
