Lecture by on Religious Development in Udaipur over the last 400 years

Udaipur. In the Annual Guide Orientation Program organized by the Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation, Udaipur, Ms. Swati Jain got acquainted with the spiritual development of Udaipur in the last 400 years. In which the guides of the City Palace Museum participated.
Ms. Jain threw light on the oldest religious site of Mewar, which is found in the construction of Narayan Vatika in Nagri near Chittor. Talking about the expansion of the Bhagwat religion from Mathura to Vidisha via Nagri, Ms. Jain presented detailed information based on old records. Based on inscriptions and archaeological evidence, information about the construction of ancient temples was given in the city of Ahad, which was situated here before Udaipur.
While giving a presentation, Ms. Jain presented detailed information on the construction of temples, etc., built by Maharanas and Maharanis after Udaipur became the capital.
At the end of the lecture, Bhupendra Singh Auwa, Administrative Officer of Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation, thanked Ms. Swati Jain and gifted books, etc., of Mewar on behalf of the Foundation.
