39th mass marriage ceremony of Narayan Seva Sansthan

Udaipur. Under the auspices of Narayan Seva Sansthan, the 39th free mass marriage ceremony at Seva Mahatirtha, Badi, 51 couples took a round of the holy fire. They vowed to be with each other for the rest of their lives.
At 10:15 am, the well-dressed grooms performed the traditional Toran ceremony. Under the direction of Bhilwara's Pandit Yogendra Acharya, Shastri Upendra Chaubisa, and Vikas Upadhyay, 51 couples performed Vedic hymns on 51 altars in the huge wedding pandal.
The brides entered the grand stage of the ceremony amidst drums beating. A tradition of Varmala Pragyachakshu Kesari Nandan of Karoli and physically handicapped Urmila from Jharkhand, Pragyachakshu Premchand Meena of Lasadia and Surja Meena, Mahendra Kumar and Kalavati Amaliya (both born blind), who were polio victims of both legs at the age of 3, Satyendra and Jharkhand started with Sunita (both Divyang) in the company of director Vandana Aggarwal and Palak, during this, the pandal kept going through 'applause' for a long time.
Special guests at the function were Urmila Kumari London, Dr. Premrani Single, and Veena Sharma U.S.A., K.K. Gupta was from Dungarpur, and Kusum Goyal was from Mathura.
Sansthan founder Padmashree Kailash 'Manav,' while giving blessings to colleagues and newlyweds in this ritual of Kanyadaan, said that whatever is available to us by God's divine grace makes life meaningful for the suffering and deprived sections of society.
Welcoming the guests and the bride and groom, Sansthan President Prashant Agarwal said that in the last 21 years, the Sansthan had helped 2200 poor and disabled couples to establish a happy home. He told the couples tying the knot in this marriage include Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat.
After the ceremony of Varmala, the bride and groom reached the grand wedding pavilion; during this, some in a wheelchair and some with the help of crutches and calipers reached the altar set for themselves, where they took rounds of the holy fire in the presence of family and religious parents. This time, according to the motto of mass marriage, 'Jal Hi Jeevan,' the newlyweds were also given a pledge to 'save water' after seven rounds. The institute and guests gave all the new couples gifts. The institute provided each couple with everything required for a new household, including a gas stove, bed, bed, wardrobe, utensils, fan, sewing machine, water tank, chest, etc. Each bride was also presented with a mangal sutra, ear flower, clove, anklet, and groom with the ring, dress, watch, etc., sending them off with moist eyes.
Both understood each other's lack - became one.
He is disabled with one hand and the other with his feet, but he never gives up. Keeping their spirits up, both of them completed their B.A. He studied up with Kesari Nandan Sharma, a resident of Toda Bheem, Karauli. Since the age of 6 years, he has been disabled from the waist and left leg. For 26 years, walking from home with the help of a stick, he has made a living selling betel leaves in Ahmedabad. At the same time, the life of Urmila, a resident of Jharkhand, remained the same. When she was four months old, she had a fever, and since then, the hand has become thin and weak due to less blood circulation in the vein of the left hand.
Brother and uncle made both of them meet and got them engaged 3 months ago, but after the death of their father, the situation at home was not such that they could get married. Mother is making a living by sweeping and washing utensils in the neighboring houses. Who and how to get married in such a situation? No hope from anywhere? But God listened to them, and in the 39th mass marriage, both took turns and became companions from birth to birth.
