Dr. Vartika received Best Paper Presenter Award

Udaipur: Recently, Dr. Vartika Jain who is working as an Assistant Professor, Dept. of Botany, Govt. Meera Girls College, Udaipur received Best Paper Presentation Award in the International Conference on Recent Advances in Research and Innovations in Life Sciences organized by Mata Gujri Mahila Mahavidyalaya (Autonomous), Jabalpur in collaboration with Bhopal Chapter, The National Academy of Sciences, India (NASI) & The Society of Life Sciences (SLS) in association with IQAC, Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur from 17-11-22 to 19-11-22. Dr. Vartika presented her research paper in the conference through online mode on the In vitro thrombolytic activity of Momordica dioica fruit which is locally known as Kikora. Her research suggested that dietary intake of this fruit could be helpful for natural enhancement of thrombolysis and may help in prevention of athero-thrombotic cardiovascular diseases and recommended that more research is required to isolate the bioactive anti-thrombotic molecule from the plant for establishment of its thrombolytic activity. Dr. Vartika has also received the Young Scientist Award earlier along with many others for her extensive work on Biodiversity conservation. She has published 76 papers in National and International Journals, five books and 20 book chapters. She was the only one from Udaipur who received this award.
