235 Researchers from India and abroad participated in the online international conference

Udaipur: The two-day twelfth online international conference was launched on April 16, 2021, under the joint aegis of the Pacific Institute of Ma n a g eme n t , Pa c i f i c Uni versi ty, and Paci f i c Business School. Conference Chairperson Prof. Mahima Bi r la, Dean Facul t y of Management, stated that Pacific University, being the premier leading educational institution in North India, has always been aware and alert to various events on sustainable global topics and while discharging its academic responsibilities and the challenges of covid-19 Through the conference, has been conducted in online mode in which 235 summary forms were received from 18 states of the country and foreign researchers, Malaysia, Mexico, Bangladesh, Nepal, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bhutan etc. Out of which, 105 papers were selected for reading. Pres ident of Pac i f i c University Prof. Krishnakant Dave deliberated on the effects on teachers, students, and all educational activities in the current epidemic and offered ideas on how educational quality can be improved through technology use. At the same time, everyone focused on the effects of the new education policy. Pro. Hemant Kothari Dean, PG, Pacific University's Emphasis was laid by to use academic research on conference- related topics in a sustainable global context. The chief guest of the opening session, Dr. Raymond P. Arcega, Chancellor, Lyceum Phi l ippines Uni ver s i t y, Philippines, has given a speech on the present-day universal pandemic Covid-19 due to changing behavior in people, use of information technology, environment-friendly society and business, health, and on topics such as medical quality improvement and global inequality. Principally, many suggestions for sustainable international development, such as Artificial Intelligence, E-Comme r c e , So c i a l Commerce, Virtual Reality, were contemporary concerning Planet, People, and their interests. Session's Guest of Honor Prof. R.A. Gupta, Vice- Ch a n c e l l o r , Ra j a s th a n Technical University, Kota, said that students should focus on sound research at present. The problems that affect the global effect can be solved promptly by analyzing and studying them. He focused on making education fruitful by changing the present form of education. Also, He said that everyone should discharge their responsibilities towards the environment, their planet Earth, and society with limited and rat ional use of resources. Arjun C. Marfatia, Senior Vice President, ENAM Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd., presented their views in the context of Environment and Resource Management (ERG). He focused on using various technologies used in the country and abroad, which can preserve the incomparability of the environment and the planet Earth. The emphasis was mainly on preventing the use of paper and the implementation of various areas of the Environmental Protection Act related to that. The keynote speaker of the session was Dr. Punam Pandey, Ex-Executive, Director of U.N. The Global Compact Network India stated that the concept of universal development could not be done without environment, society, and business interests. Businesses should focus their attention on environmental resources, social resources, and business resources as the central pillars for their growth and success. He emphasized taking adequate steps to edit the duty of business commitment towards the country and society, keeping in view the environmental interests and taking small steps like using technology in the global age to protect the environment and move forward together. Conference Director Prof. Vipin Mathur, Director, Pacific Business School, focused on the current need of the conference and explained how businesses could achieve sustainable interests by discharging their responsibilities towards society and the environment during commercialization. In which companies presented their views on the use of policies like Reuse, Recycle. He also informed that there would be a reading of papers on various current topics in the field of environment, society, economy, social and human resources in two technical sessions for two days. The two-day seminar featured Dr. Uttam Kumar M. Kinange, Keynote speaker and president of various technical sessions, Kausali Institute of Ma n a g eme n t Stu d i e s , Ka r n a ta k a Un i v e r s i t y, Dhanbad, Dr. Francis Kayode, Dean, Universi ty of the Phi l ippines Uni ver s i t y, Philippines, Dr. Gayatri Tiwari, Head CCAS, MPUAT, Udaipur, Dr. Alpana Singh, Principal, Department of Education, MLSU, Udaipur, Dr. Sanjay Biyani, Professor, Saurashtra University, Gujarat, Prof. Jasveen Kaur, Gurunanak Dev University, Amritsar, Dr. Nirmala Joshi , Professor, MET, Mumb a i , Dr . Vi th a l S. Sukhathankar, Guava Institute of Management, Prof. SK Bhatt, Dean, Department of Business Studies, Sardar Patel University, Dr. Kamini Shah, Sardar Patel University, etc., enlightened the participants on various topics of the conference. Conference Secretary Dr. Shivohm Singh thanked all the guests and researchers for joining this new round of symposium. Dr. Pallavi Mehta conducted the inaugural session of the conference.
