Bhilwara: The ninth convocation of Sangam University was held on March 1, 2023 at Sangam University front lawns. The chief guests of the convocation were Mr. Rampal Soni,Chancellor and Chairperson Sangam University and Dr. Vinod Kumar Ladiya, International Director Lion's Club. Dr S.N. Modani Managing Director Sangam India, Shri V.K. Sodani Shri Anurag Soni and Shri Pranal Modani from Board of Management also graced the occasion. Vice-Chancellor Professor Karunesh Saxena informed that total of 39 PhD degrees, 01 DSC, 26 gold medals were awarded in this ceremony.  A total of 814 students including medals, 514 UG, PG degrees and 02 honorary degrees, 258 diplomas, PGDCA and D Pharma certificates were awarded. Registrar Professor Rajeev Mehta administered the oath of duty, truthfulness and honesty to all the students.  Vice-Chancellor Professor Karunesh Saxena presented the annual report of the University and apprised the gathering about the academic and non-academic achievements of the University in the year 2022.  While congratulating the commendable performance of the university, Chief Guest Dr. VK Ladiya in his address said that his relationship with Bhilwara is very special and told that this university is Sangam University because of the confluence of experience and youth.
 Special guest from Dubai Chandrashekhar Singh said that teachers and students earn knowledge by hard work, it is necessary to have positive initiative for that knowledge. He gave 4 formulas of success for the students. 
He said that first of all students should know themselves and focus on network building,. They must be updated about latest technology and then stay connected through social media. Leading spiritual leaders and motivational speakers of spiritual organization Brahma Kumari, Rajyogini BK Shivani and BK Aarti were given honorary PhD degrees for their remarkable work done in the spiritual field.
Chief Guest Rampal Soni in his address told that all the students should change themselves according to technology and time and should always remember their basic principles. Mobile application of the university, proceedings of the NAAC workshop and the magazine The Eloquent of the Management Department were inaugurated in the programme.  
Controller of Examinations Professor Jag Bhushan Sharma told that this time 16 security digital features are available in the degree. Professor Vinesh Agarwal, convened the program and Dr. Seema Kabra and Dr. Keerti were the comperes for this event. All the students relived their old memories while receiving their degrees and meeting their batchmates .  Vote of thanks was rendered by registrar Prof Rajeev Mehta.
