Donation of one crore rupees to CMRF byRTU
Kota, In view of the high speed of the second dangerous infection of the global pandemic Kovid-19, continuous efforts are being made by the Rajasthan Technical University Kota for its effective control and prevention. In the series of these efforts, under the direction of the Honorable Minister of Technical Education, Dr. Subhash Garg, the Vice-Chancellor of Rajasthan Technical University, Kota Prof. R.A. Gupta decided to give a donation of Rs one crore to the Chief Minister Relief Fund by the University Finance Committee to provide financial assistance to the Government of Rajasthan to fight the epidemic, playing a leading role in social services.
Accordingly, a draft/cheque of one crore amount was prepared and deposited in the Chief Minister's Assistance Fund to Dr. Subhash Garg, the Minister of Technical Education of the State, Dr. DK K. Palwalia is assigned by Dean Academic Affairs and Dr. Deepak Bhatia Assistant Professor on Thursday, 20 May 2021 at his residence in Jaipur. Honorable Minister of Technical Education, Dr. Subhash Garg, for this innovative initiative, has made the University to be a leader in social services. R.A. Gupta Heartfelt greetings have been sent to the entire university family. Also, made aware that Rajasthan is the first model in the entire country where better management has been done to stop the corona epidemic.
On this occasion, Prof. RA Gupta said that the Rajasthan Technical University quota has played its role from time to time for discharging social responsibilities. In order to provide relief to the common people suffering from the corona epidemic, Medical College Kota has been helped by purchasing 50 oxygen concentrators and one crore rupees medical college quota will be provided for necessary medical equipment, medicines, and beds, etc. and further assistance by the University. It will be possible that it can be done as necessary. Vice-Chancellor Prof. R.A. Gupta It has been conveyed by that all these efforts have been done under the direction of Honorable Chief Minister of the state Mr. Ashok Gehlot Ji and Dr. Subhash Garg, Honorable Minister of Technical Education of the state. This gave the university more opportunities to work in the social sector. It is expected that the state of Rajasthan will soon take the lead in controlling this epidemic. Heartfelt thanks were conveyed by Prof. Gupta to all the university families associated with this work.
It is known that Rajasthan Technical University, Kota by the said amount of 1 crore has been provided through its internal sources, which will be used for effective prevention of this epidemic. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Gupta in this dire situation prevailing all over the state. Gupta has given exemplary examples through his Social responsibility.
