Army officers and soldiers took part in this camp with great enthusiasm. GOC 61 Sub Area, Maj Gen Rajendra Rai, SM was the chief guest of the event. After the initial homage wreathlaying ceremony, 170 soldiers of the Indian Army, including Maj Gen Rajendra Rai, his wife Smt. Seema Rai, donated blood in the blood donation camp. In this camp, the family members, friends, and other civil citizens of Jaipur also participated to pay homage and show solidarity to the family of brave son of Jaipur Capt Amit Bhardwaj.A total of 230 units of blood were donated under the supervision of blood bank team of SMS Hospital and Santokba Durlabhji Hospital.
