Paras Health Organizes Health Talk for Head Injury Awareness

Udaipur: Paras Health, Udaipur, in collaboration with the Udaipur Traffic Police, organized a health talk on Head Safety Awareness on World Head Injury Awareness Day. The program aimed to increase awareness about head safety among the public.
The Chief Guests for the event were Dr. Zulfikar Kazi, Joint Director Medical, Udaipur, and Netrapal Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Traffic), Udaipur, along with Dr. Abel George, Facility Director of Paras Health, Udaipur. Approximately 20 patients and their relatives, along with Udaipur Traffic Police personnel, participated in the program.
During the event, Paras Health emphasized the importance of head safety. Helmets branded with the Rajasthan Police logo were distributed to the traffic police officers by Dr. Zulfikar Kazi and Netrapal Singh. Patients were also provided helmets by Dr. Abel George, Dr. Ajit Singh, Dr. Tarun Mathur, and Dr. Manish Kulshrestha, all senior consultants at Paras Health. They conveyed the message of head safety to the attendees.
Under the awareness program, a health talk was conducted by the Neuro Sciences Department of Paras Health, Udaipur, represented by Dr. Ajit Singh, Senior Consultant Neurosurgery, Dr. Tarun Mathur, Senior Consultant Neurology, and Dr. Manish Kulshrestha, Consultant Neurology. They addressed both traffic police officers and patients, raising awareness about head safety.
Survivors of head injuries and some patients shared their experiences during the program, fostering discussions about head safety.
