Successful surgery of a patient suffering from acute necrotizing pancreatitis

Udaipur, life was there but due to pain moment by moment life was being lost due to which it became difficult to live but as soon as Dr. From within, he started praying to the person in the form of God, who created the spirit of living life again in his mind.
Pacific Medical College and Hospital gave a new life to the patient by successful operation of a patient suffering from the problem of acute pancreatitis. In this successful operation, the team of Gastrosurgeon Dr. Vikesh Joshi, Dr. Prakash Audichya of Anesthesia Department, Dr. KG, Dr. Panth and Anil Bhatt had the support.
Actually, 40-year-old Rakesh Lohar, a resident of Baswara, was suffering from pain in the upper abdomen along with loss of appetite for the last 2 months, due to which the weakness and weight were getting reduced, he was treated in many places but got frustrated. The family brought Rakesh to Pacific Medical College and Hospital, where he showed it to Gastrosurgeon Dr. Vikesh Joshi, on examination, the patient came to know about the problem of acute pancreatitis (acute necrotizing pancreatitis), which was only possible to be treated by operation. The patient was also suffering from TB and asthma problems for the last 8 years.
Gastrosurgeon Dr. Vikesh Joshi told that 23% people die due to acute necrotizing pancreatitis. The biggest reason for this disease in women is not getting timely surgery of stone in their gall bladder. The cause of this disease in men is alcohol.
Dr. Joshi clarified that in acute necrotizing pancreatitis, due to the filling of water in the upper part of the patient's stomach, there is sudden swelling due to which the patient is unable to eat. Most of the patients of this disease get completely cured after getting the right treatment. In severe cases, acute necrotizing pancreatitis causes bleeding, severe tissue damage, and infection. It can also damage other vital organs such as the heart, lungs and kidneys. The patient is now fully recovered and has been discharged.
