Successful operation of severe heart disease in PIMS Hospital

Udaipur. Doctors at Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital, Umrda, have given new life to the patient with a successful operation on severe heart disease.

Chairman Ashish Agarwal said that Radheshyam (46), a resident of Udaipur, was brought to the emergency of PIMS Hospital, Umrda, on the complaint of sudden severe chest pain. During the investigation, it was found that the patient had a heart attack, and due to the heart muscle rupture, there was a hole in the heart membrane. There is a high risk of death from this disease. Even after the operation, the chances of survival are significantly less.

Ashish Agarwal said that the patient was operated on at PIMS Cardiac Center. After repairing the hole in the heart, bypass surgery was done by placing artificial membranes. The operation was performed by PIMS Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Vivek Rawat in which Interventional Cardiologist Dr. Mahesh Jain, Non-Invasive Cardiologist Dr. Umesh Soni and Cardiac Anaesthetist Dr. Vipin Sisodia played an important role. Six days after the operation, the patient's health is now improving.
