Minister Defends Government Amid Allegations

Central Minister Shri Prahlad Joshi has stated that the allegations being made against the central government regarding electricity supply are entirely baseless and devoid of facts. While speaking to journalists, the Minister, who is responsible for state elections, emphasized that there has been no increase in coal prices in the last two years. The state government is being provided with more coal than the allocated quota. He asserted that there is no shortage of coal in the country and that the nation will achieve self-sufficiency in coal production by 2025.
He further stated that the BJP will contest elections by highlighting the achievements of both the central and state governments. He expressed concerns about women's safety in Rajasthan, stating that they are not secure and face abuse daily. He also mentioned the prevailing law and order situation and how criminals and mafias target the police. The effectiveness of schemes implemented by the Chief Minister seems to be lacking, and he claimed that the mafia is fearless in the state.
The Minister remained silent when asked about the continuity of state government schemes even after a change in power. Nonetheless, he mentioned that in September, transformative journeys are commencing from all corners of the country and the state. These journeys will make the public aware of the central government's policies and the state government's misrule.
