 Industry-Academic Meet @Sangam University

Bhilwara (lt.Raj Kumar Jain): Education and industry are two essential pillars of our economy. A good synergy between the two can be beneficial in enhancing our developing economy, development, and innovation in the education system.
 Prof. Dr. Karunesh Saxena, vice Chancellor of Sangam University, welcomed the delegates and explained the importance of the Udyog Academy Conference for the mutual benefit of quality education between industry and academic world and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). 
 He further informed about the recent MoU agreement signed by Sangam University with Retailers Association of India (RAI) Mumbai, Skill Council for Mining Sector (SCMS), and Logistics Sector Skill Council (ALSC).
University Registrar Prof. Dr. Rajeev Mehta thanked all the delegates and said that Sangam University is committed to the overall development of students and creating industry-ready professionals. For the last decade, the students of the University have been engaged in private, government, self-entrepreneurship, and sports; the flag is being hoisted in the fields of literature and culture.
Anurag Sharma, Head of Training and Placement and Program Coordinator, said that the main objective of this conference is to enhance the quality and relevance of higher education and strengthen linkages between industry and universities.
Organizing Secretary and Placement Officer Ashish Vardia said that in the panel discussion, Dr. Avinash Chaudhary (NSIC), Rilesh Mathur (AU Small Finance Bank), Manas Panigrahi (CEMCA), Sharad Mishra (Andritz), Dr. P.M. Beswal (Ranjan Suitings) and Dr. Vibhor Paliwal, Anurag Sharma from Sangam University participated and discussed changes and digitization of educational curriculum as per industry requirements and also elaborated on issues of industry and punishment based on current societal needs. 
Over the years, penal system innovations have influenced how businesses operate. Millennials entering the job market are ready to learn new technologies and collaboration methods. Entrepreneurs and educational institutions need to recognize this opportunity and create a constructive framework for collaboration to make India a global innovation hub. Understanding these requirements, Sangam University has adopted the National Education Policy 2020 and taken various other innovation steps. For this, the University has introduced new courses in real estate, logistics, mining, and skill development.
In the same order, other industry and the education sector representatives who came in this session put their thoughts on the possible opportunities for better cooperation between the industry and educational institutions along with understanding each other's needs. After this discussion, Research Dean Dr. Rakesh Bhandari told the important findings of the forum and shared the innovations to be done by Sangam University in the future.
In this session, leading industrial organizations from Bhilwara and surrounding areas Nitin Spinners, Sugam Solar, Creative Automation, Ostwal Group, Bits Techniques, Akanksha Enterprises, Thought Pearl, Technology Twist, Sharda Evergreen, Sadhana Suiting, IndusInd Bank, Umeed  Finance, Anand Rathi, Sandha & Co, Innovatech, Smart Technologies, A Infrastructure, Modern Woolens, Tech2Technologies, Yash Stones, Eminent Dealers, Aditya Birla Capital, Krishna Greens, Sudiva Spinners, RS Bairagi Valuation, Shree Alloys, BS L Limited, Ratnakar Ispat, Mahesh Bank, Securemeters, Dynamic Electric Power, Nirmal Bang, Lagnam Spintex, Motilal Oswal, Axis Bank, Versatile Infosoft, Sakhi Organic, HDFC Bank were honored for their continued cooperation in the field of, education.
All the Head of Department, Head Marketing, PRO, Admin, etc., of Sangam University, were also in the program.
