A three-day bakery workshop was inaugurated at the Pacific College of Hotel Management, Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University.
   The workshop was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. K. K. Dave. The Chief Guest was welcomed by the Vice Chancellor of the Institute, Mr. Jacob John.
Participants from the Udaipur division participated in the workshop. On the first day of the seminar, Bakery Chef Mr. Murli Manohar Gupta taught the participants to make Chocolate Muze] Baked Yogurt] Short Cookies] Food Custard.
All the participants actively participated in the workshop.
Vice Principal of the institute, Mr. Jacob John, encouraged all the participants and said that the participants would be told to make more bakery items in the future.
The program was coordinated by Dr. Mehndi Sharma, associate professor of the institute.
