Hindustan Zinc, in its Shiksha Sambal program, provides subject teachers to improve the examination results of rural students, IIT coaching in the Unchi Udan program, facilities for higher education, residential camps, modern education, Zinc Football Academy for rural football sports talents, And is running the Khushi project for the education, health, and nutrition of children in rural areas.
Since 2007 through Shiksha Sambal, Hindustan Zinc has provided a platform for rural students to pursue higher education and fulfill their dream of joining reputed institutions to play a vital role in the development and progress of the country in the future. HZL has tried. By reaching more than 64 government schools in 5 districts of Rajasthan Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Rajsamand, Ajmer, and Udaipur. This year, more than 7500 students have benefited, which is being done to strengthen the quality of education in collaboration with the Vidya Bhavan Society.
Additional support is being given to the students by the teachers of the Shiksha Sambal Program, the academic team, and the government teachers. One hundred sixty government teachers are being assisted by training and appointing 55 subject teachers. Under various activities, organizing summer and winter camps, arranging extra and regular classes, additional aids teaching materials to students, and books and materials for libraries and laboratories are provided to schools, and their use is ensured. This effort of the Shiksha Sambal program with state teachers is visible in the board exam results of the schools involved in the program.
Under an important program like Uchhi Udan, the financially unable selected students are given IIT. Excellent coaching is being provided for admission to and other reputed engineering colleges. It is a four-year school integrated residential coaching in Udaipur. Resonance Adventures Pvt Ltd and Vidya Bhavan are partner institutions for coaching. Along with the guidance of these students, the responsibility of providing regular education to the students of class 9th to 12th, especially with physics, chemistry, and maths coaching is also being fulfilled. Currently, 150 students are studying in this program, and so far, 220 students have benefited from it. Of these, 2 batch students have been selected for IITs and NITs in reputed institutions of the country.

Zinc Football Academy is developing grassroots football players with unique F-Cube technology for rural football players. A batch of 179 boys under 14 are being trained at the Zinc Football Academy in Jawar. This academy is the only one of its kind in the country. One player has been selected from Zinc Football Academy in the Under 19 National Football Team while the team has won the Rajasthan State League.
Hindustan Zinc's Khushi Anganwadi project is dedicated to improving nutrition-health-education for children below the age of 5 years, under which all-round development of more than 1.90 lakh children is being ensured by conducting this project in 3145 Anganwadis. Sixty-five percent of the children of Anganwadi who were underweight and malnourished have been brought under the category of normal children under the Khushi project. Simultaneously, the work of converting Anganwadis into Nand Ghar is also being done.
Hindustan Zinc has taken commendable steps to introduce sign language training for blind people and to strengthen technology-based education for the blind and deaf.
