D.P.S. The celebration of Guru Purnima was celebrated with joy on July 13 in the pre-primary block of K. First; the program was started by worshiping Maa Saraswati and Ganesha. The students of Class Prep mesmerized the audience by reciting shlokas and poems. The spectators were compelled to dance after seeing the young children singing and dancing. At the end of the program, the children touched the feet of their first guru, i.e., their mothers, after washing their feet and taking their blessings. The children presented greeting cards made by themselves to the mothers. In the end, Principal Shalini Singh thanked all the guests present.
