"Dr Shubha Kothari honored  with Vedic Mantras"

Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, the city of lakes of Mewar, the Ayurveda department honored Dr Shubha Kothari (Surana), the first PhD holder in yoga science was felliciated  with chanting Vedic mantras, Mewari pag  , a shawl-upparna, Shriphal and memento.
Vaidya Shobha Lal Audichya, Senior Ayurveda Medical Officer of Government Adarsh Ayurveda Dispensary, Sindhi Bazar, Department of Ayurveda  along with yogis of all the yoga projects also honored Dr. Shubha Kothari (Surana).
Vaidya Audichya told that Shubha Kothari has been awarded Doctorate (Ph.D.) by the University. Kothari did his research work under the direction of Dr. Sharda Kanwar Chauhan, Principal of Rana Pratap Physical Education College. Shubha Kothari is the first researcher to get a doctorate degree from Mohanlal Sukhadia University in the subject of Yoga.
 On this occasion, Dr. Narendra Kumar Sanadhya, Dr. Sanjay Maheshwari, Mukesh Pathak, Yogi Ashok Jain, Suresh Paliwal, CI Ratan Singh Rajpurohit, Chartered Engineer Jignesh Sharma, Dr. Preeti Sumeria etc. expressed their views and expressed their best wishes
. Yogis include Murlidhar Gattani, Prem Jain, Manita Sharma, Devaram Rajpurohit, Gopal Dangi, Darb Singh Baghel, Sharda Jalora, Rajendra Jalora, Sonal Jain, Akash Jain, Krishnapal, Zulfikar Ali, Manju Sharma, Vijay Bahadur Yadav, Jamna Shankar Parashar, Sawai Singh, Ashirwad Jain etc. were present.
Dr Shubha Kothari (Surana), the first PhD holder in Yoga Science, while expressing gratitude to all, said that the study of the effect of Hatha Yoga practices on mental health, interpersonal relationships and triple personality traits of college level students was done on the problem. In the above study, considering the level of mental health with the practice of hatha yoga, students' anxiety - anxiety, depression and stress were found to be reduced. Interpersonal relationships of students were also found to be better with yoga practice. The level of positivity and sattvikta of the students who were of rajasic and tamasic tendencies was seen through the practice of yoga in the triple personality.
