The Changing Concept of Liability and Its Variables

Udaipur: Bhupal Nobles' University Udaipur - an educational unit of Vidya Prachirini Sabha, sponsored by the patron Bhupal Nobles' Sansthan to mark the celebration of the centenary year (1923 - 2023) organized an online symposium of seven days. 
The chief coordinator Dr. Jayshree Singh, Adjunct in English Legal Studies, Associate Professor, Head English Department, Bhupal Nobles University Udaipur, reported that a symposium event under the aegis of the Faculty of Law BNU Udaipur and in association with Gaius Institute - International Institute for Advanced Legal Sciences, Buenos Aires, Argentina was organized from March 25 to April 1 on the theme - The Changing Concept of Liability and Its Variables in a different context such as breach of duty, breach of contract, environmental law, IPC and civil code, IPR, contractual, property, land revenue, company, competition law as well as criminal liabilities in corporate laws, employment insurance and compensation. 
Around 100 attendees registered, and approximately 25 presenters as resource persons, special guests, and keynote speakers from the august renowned judges addressed their opinion on the subject. 
The delegates were District Sessions Judge Shiv Singh Chauhan, Udaipur, and advocates such as Rajeev Surana from Rajasthan High Court, Bar Bench, Jaipur, Mukul Mystery from Maharashtra, Pragya Parijat from O. P. Jindal Sonipat, Prof Salvatore Tolone Azzariti - University of Oxford and University of Buenos Aires , Prema Priyadarshini from Delhi, Bhumika Choubisa, and magistrates such as Rakesh Piryani from Vadodara, , chartered accountants Dr Mahaveer Chaplot from Udaipur, Dr Mukesh Bansal from Gujarat, Girish Gupta from Jaipur, medical practitioners and professionals such as Dr Praful Bala Honta from Dungarpur and many Faculty members from Law Such as Dr C. P. Gupta, Jaipur , Dr Alok Yadav, Dr Rajkumar Sandhu, University of Jammu, Dr Manoj Meena, University of Rajasthan, Dr Ashurish Pitiliya, BNU Udaipur, Ms Kiran Chauhan, Udaipur, Dr Sanjula from University of Rajasthan Jaipur and the sessions were chaired by Dr Kala Munet, Professor Sharad Srivastava, Professor Anand Paliwal who also contributed their views in the forum on the subject. 
The Chief Guest of the program was Dr. Dilip Nandekoelyar, co- chancellor (adjunct) from Commonwealth University UK and expert in Management Studies, and the Guest of Honour was Dr. Dwarika Prasad Uniyal, pro-vice-chancellor from Rashtriya Vishwavidhalay Bangalore recommended that Law as a subject should be a part of the curriculum in the secondary and senior secondary level to boost law literacy and to bring gender-inclusive opportunity and lens in nation-building
The vote of thanks was extended by Dr. Kamal Singh Rathore, PRO, Associate Professor in the Faculty of Pharmacy. 
The event was presided by the BNU President, Professor Naresh Bahadur Singhji, and the event executive organizer was the  BNU Registrar Sh Parbat Singhji Rathore
