Vice-Chancellor Professor Amarika Singh did plantation

The Vice-Chancellor of Udaipur Sukhadia University, Professor Amarika Singh, has said that the University will be international in the next two years. He was expressing his views on the tree plantation program organized by the examination department of the University.

The Vice-Chancellor told about the programs done for the all-round development of the University during the last one year, and he said that the problems of the employees and officers, as well as the teachers of the academic faculty, were given priority and they were resolved, promotion, confirmation cases were settled.

The Vice-Chancellor said that we had taken many steps to increase the scope of work of the University during the last year.

The All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi (AICTE), the apex body regulating technical education, has approved Mohanlal Sukhadia University to start engineering, technology, and management courses. Engineering and Technology courses have been approved by the Academic Council and Board of Management in the last session itself. The name of this institution in the University will be Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mohanlal Sukhadia Vishwavidyalaya, Udaipur (IET, MLSU, Udaipur), which will be an independent body. This permission has been granted from 2021-22 with a sanctioned intake capacity of 300 seats in 5 branches, including Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Engineering. Along with this, approval has also been received from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) for management. The course of management in Mohanlal Sukhadia University is running for the last one and a half-decade in which MBA, MBA e-commerce, MBA FSM are being conducted. Still, this year the permission of 180 total seats, including 60-60 seats in all three courses, was sought from AICTE, which has been received. The Faculty of Management Studies of the University is counted among the country's prestigious institutions, where 100% placement takes place. This will lead to progressive progress in both the creditworthiness and placement of the faculty.

To enable the youth of the state by developing higher, technical, skill, and management education, innumerable youth will be able to take advantage of the public interest educational policies of the state government through the University's an engineering and management courses. Due to which a positive environment will be developed in the state towards technical education, and youth of rural tribal areas will be attracted to take technical education.

 Vice-Chancellor Prof. Singh expressed hope that in the future also the University will make its place in leading technical institutions not only in the state but also in the quality of the country. He also congratulated the University Administration for this achievement and also in the future. They were encouraged to make such innovations. While ensuring the priority of implementation of the objective policies of the Chancellor and the State Government, Prof. Singh, and his team have made achievements. Many subject experts and senior professors of the University made invaluable contributions to this.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Amarika Singh said that it is necessary to set technical courses according to the time's need. The students passing out from Sukhadia University will get maximum and best employment opportunities at the earliest. In the coming time, Sukhadia University will be included in the priority of the students and their parents regarding the selection of engineering and management courses among the students. He expressed hope that better technicalManavresources would be available in the state in the coming times. As a result, new employment opportunities would be generated, and students would benefit from the state government's beneficial policies. It is a proud moment for us, which I dedicate to my colleagues in making this plan a reality. In the global scenario of technical education, there has been an increase in the standards and standardization of institutions. Students entering today as well as MNCs and employers today include prestigious universities and engineering colleges in their placement priority. In such a situation, the universities and engineering colleges of the state will have to live up to the concept of trust of the students. In today's era, the importance of the standardization of educational institutions has increased. Merit determination is the quality criterion of any educational institution, so it becomes essential to maintain the students' confidence.

Vice-Chancellor Professor Amarika Singh said that every University in Uttar Pradesh has IETs, now Mohanlal Sukhadia University is going to get the credit for starting it in Rajasthan. With its launch, students will be able to get admission in various engineering subjects in tribal areas, and employment-oriented prospects will start. Also, these institutions will be financially self-sufficient. The Vice-Chancellor, members of the Academic Council, and the Board of Management members have thanked the All India Council for Technical Education for the above approval. Information about its support has been sent to the Chancellor and the State Government. With the opening of this institute, the University will be financially strong.

The Vice-Chancellor gave detailed information about the work of one year to the staff and teachers present; he also planted a tree on this occasion; besides others, Professor PK Singh,   Hanuman Prasad, and other professors were present in the program, the in-charge of the examination faculty conducted the program.
