MLSU- A one day workshop organized to increase the efficiency of non-academic staff

Udaipur. A one-day training workshop was held on Tuesday to enhance non-academic staff's efficiency working under the regular and self-finance board working at Mohanlal Sukhadia University.

 


In this workshop organized under Vice-Chancellor Professor Amarika Singh's chairmanship, various speakers told skills to make office management and daily work effective. Vice-Chancellor Prof Singh said that such orientation workshops usually take place in corporate institutions. Still, we have started to increase our employees' skills by making it more efficient to make the day-to-day functioning of the university more effective. IQAC Chairman Professor Karunesh Saxena enforced the subject and explained the intent of this workshop in detail. Keynote speaker Abdul Kalam, the former Registrar of Technical Universities Lucknow, sh.US Tomar, explained the prevention and management of non-academic personnel while addressing their work problems. University's Finance Controller and Acting Registrar Suresh Jain said that such workshops should be held regularly so that the skill of the employees can be enhanced. Dean of Commerce College, Prof. PK Singh, gave information about the daily office's normal functioning, technical language terminology, and government letter writing and rules. FMS Director Prof Hanuman Prasad outlined ways to make the cash book work practical and systematic. Associate Dean of Science College Prof. Ghanshyam Singh spoke of strong management through various examples and hoped to increase employees' skill and efficiency through this training. Prof. Anil Kothari said about changing his lifestyle and thinking to increase positivity in life and work.

Such a university training workshop will be held on January 11 for Class IV employees and on January 16 for research students. Dr. Kunjan Acharya conducted the program. At the same time, Director of Computer Center Dr. Avinash Panwar thanked participants.
