Bhilwara, under the auspices of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Sangam University, a seminar on "Dr. Ranganathan: Personality and Creativity" was organized to remember the father of library science at Sangam University Bhilwara.

Vice Chancellor Professor Karunesh Saxena, Registrar Professor Rajeev Mehta, and keynote speaker Dr. Anil Sharma were the special guests at the symposium. At the same time, Dr. Rajneesh Sharma, Deputy Dean, Department of Arts and Humanities, presided.

Program coordinator Dr. Awadhesh Kumar Johri said that the keynote speaker Dr. Anil Sharma expressed inspiring biography of Dr. Ranganathan and his contribution to library science in detail with his contributions.

Chief Guest Vice Chancellor Prof. Karunesh Saxena said in his remarks that Dr. Ranganathan gave five library science principles to make the readers easy to access by freeing them from the orthodox shackles of hiding books in locks, who made the library alive through open access and made it more comprehensive. Dr. Rajneesh Sharma, who was presiding over the program, said that Dr. Ranganathan made an essential contribution to establishing the subject of library science as an employment-oriented subject. In this seminar, Prof. Rakesh Bhandari, Dr. Preeti Mehta, and Various faculty members, including Nidhi Bhatnagar, Anurag Sharma, Shalini Sharma, and Pramila Choubey, were present, Dr. Avadhesh Kumar Johri successfully conducted the program, Abhishek Parashar expressed gratitude on behalf of the Central Library.
