Udaipur.In order to raise the problems of public, effective representations of intellectuals is need of thehour. For this like other states the Legislative Council should be formed. This demand has been put in the letter written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia by former Assembly Speaker Shanti Lal Chaplot.
Former Speaker Shantilal Chaplot said that there is a Legislative Council in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Mysore and other states & also working effectively. and their results are also sophisticated and effective.

Chaplot said that considering the possibilities of Legislative Council in the current assembly, arrangements of sitting is already planned when I was the speaker . Therefore, the government does not even need to make separate buildings.
