XIV Annual Conference of Rajasthan Association for Studies in English

Udaipur: XIV Annual Conference of Rajasthan Association for Studies in English will be organized at Chartered Institute of Technology, Abu Road. This was decided in a meeting at the Institute with the director Mr. Tejas R.Sjah and the delegation of RASE comprising Vice President Prof. H.S.Chandalia, Treasurer Prof. Mukta Sharma, Joint secretary Dr.G.K.Sukhwal and Dr. Mehzbeen Sadriwala. The conference will be held on 4th and 5th Nov. 2017. The organizing Secretary of the conference id Dr. Rukhsana Saifee.
The conference will focus on 21st century English Language and Literature. The idea is to bring centre stage the writings of British authors who have published after the year 2000. There will be special sessions of language teaching in Technical and Professional Institutions, Karl Marx and Literature, Jane Austen, research scholars interface with Professors and creative writing session. The conference will have participation from across the country and also abroad.
The Association was founded in 2003 and since then every year a conference is organized at some new place. So far thirteen conferences have been organized.
