Pacific Dental students learn management tricks

Udaipur: In the Faculty of Management of the Pacific University, four day special orientation workshop for Dental College students was completed. Dental students learn management skills in different sessions in the workshop.
Dean of the Faculty of Management Prof. Mahima Birla said that Dental College doctors should be aware of the specialties of management and their dedication to their business and to develop their full confidence, independence, transparency and excellence in their business
In this 4-day workshop this year 67 students participated. She said that this Orientation Program has been launched in this manners so that participants can become self-sufficient and successfully establish themselves in the field of business, by understanding the comprehensive scenario of management in their area. In this Orientation program, participants learnt about 'Enhancing Interpersonal Behavior', 'Managing Self', 'Be the Best', 'Leadership and Decision Making Skills', 'Art of Public Speaking', Management Games, Collage Making on World 2030 etc were demonstrated . Program convener Dr. Subhash Sharma informed that during the Orientation program several sessions were organized on different subjects. Experts of various disciplines. Harvinder Soni, Shikha Behl, Dr. Shiv am Singh, Dr. Pushpankat Shakdvipi, Dr. Dipin Mathur, Dr. Nidhi Nalwaya, Hina Purohit, Dr. Kulwinder Kaur and Ashish Adolalia, told the participants about the nuances of those subjects. In the concluding session, Dr. Hemant Mathur, Inner Coordinator of Pacific Dental College was also present. At the end of the program all the participants were given certificates.
