Ingredients: Full cream milk 1 ltr, Malai 1 bowl, sugar free natura according to taste, few strands of saffron, almonds finely chopped, cardamom powder 1 tsp.
Method: Boil milk on medium heat for 30 minutes. Stir in between. Add malayi and boil on low heat for 30 minutes. Add sugar free natura , saffron, cardamom powder and almonds. Let it cool for half an hour. Fill into kulfi moulds and set in deep freezer for 7 to 8 hours.
