KOOH Sports applauds the story of Nitesh Gayari

Udaipur: This is the story of Nitesh Gayari, a young boy from Village Krishna Nagari (Kalarohi), Sisarma District in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Nitesh is like any of you all. A young boy with passion for cricket and dreams to play with India's leading cricketers. The only difference - Nitesh worked hard and made his dream come true! Being a cricket enthusiast and with the grit to shine bright, Nitesh's humble background did not deter him from playing cricket. He used to play cricket with tennis ball with other village boys. To help make ends meet, he used to work from 8pm to 12 am in a small paper company located near his dwellings. People had started noticing his passion and raw talent. He was getting noticed in his village and a Good Samaritan suggested and coerced him to join a professional cricket training academy. With no money this too seemed distant and unachievable. But then, he came to know about the KOOH Sports Cricket Development Centre and the scholarship offered to talented cricket players. He was talented. No doubt. The KOOH Sports technical team saw his talent and offered him a place in the academy - as a special scholarship. This was not as easy as it seems for him. The KOOH Sports Cricket Development Centre in Udaipur was 17 km away from his house and having no vehicle he used to cover this long journey by walking these 17 kilometers each way. Apart from his elder brother none of his family members knew about the cricket practice sessions.Nitesh made his dream come true and how! He worked hard and proved his mettle. His scholarship was well deserved. His skills got noticed by the selectors of the Beyond 22 Yardsprogramme. And now he has won himself an internship with the mighty Rajasthan Royals players. His family could not be more proud of him. We are proud of his achievements and wish him the best of luck.
