Ingredients: Oranges 1 dozen, sugar 500 GM's, lemon juice 2 tsp, honey 1 tsp
Method: peel oranges and take out seeds. Take a pan and put peeled oranges with sugar in it. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Let it cool for 15 minutes. Add lemon juice and honey.
Grind this mixture in a mixer and fill in a glass bottle. You can use this sauce in any dessert or icecream as topping. You can decorate plain or orange cakes or muffins with this sauce.
