Ingredients: soya granules 1 cup, boiled peas 1 cup, brown bread 5 to 6 pieces, paneer grated half cup, salt according to taste, pepper 1/2 tsp, green chillies finely chopped 2, coriander leaves finely chopped, oil 4 to 5 tbsp for frying.
Method: Soak and drain soya granules in water. Squeeze the water and keep aside. Mix mashed green peas and other ingredients. Mash paneer and add some salt into it. Now Soak bread pieces ,squeeze and mash. Add into soya granules mixture. Knead this mixture until smooth. Make small round balls of paneer. Make a big ball of soya mixture and fill paneer ball into it. Take a pan and shallow fry these kebabs on medium heat. Serve hot with onion rings and coriander chutney.
