Youth from Dabok region have once again joined together to have a monument of Maharana Pratap placed at Dabok. Campaigns are constantly going on in Dabok to have a statue of Mewar’s pride Maharana Pratap.
It was specified by the people of Dabok that the statue of Maharana Pratap bears importance from a tourist point of view as well. They were supported by public representatives, senior citizens and others representatives of national level. Emphasising the historical importance of Maharana Pratap, they said that when other states can have statues of their historical leaders and icons, why can’t there be a statue of Maharana Pratap at Dabok. Many other people also joined in when youth from Dabok presented their demand before Chief Minister, other ministers, and regional legislators. They have also appealed to the public to join them in this campaign of historical value.
