Udaipur: "Water Life" awareness program for water conservation in joint participation of National Agriculture and Rural Development Bank (NABARD), Rajasthan Regional Office, Jaipur different districts of the state, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Self-help Organizations and local people has commenced in April The above program will start from May 16, 2017 in 500 selected backward villages in Udaipur district.The representative of National Agriculture and Rural Development Bank (NABARD) Regional Office, Rajasthan, Vijender Singh informed that Dr. Shailendra pandiya was selected as expert from Udaipur district, .who was given two day training in Gujarat based NABARD Regional Office in Gandhinagar.He will organize public awareness programs in collaboration with the local people community and self-help groups of different villages of the district.
In the first phase, the villages will be equipped with different techniques for water conservation and up-gradation of underground water in JalSwavalambam campaign.
