Udaipur: Rajasthan vidhya peeth University Deemed to B conferred Ph.D. to Vijay Dalal for his research on the review of the foreign policy of the united progressive alliance. Dr. Dalal completed his research work under the direction of Dr. Jyotiraditya Singh Bhati.
