Sensex surges 337 points; Nifty ends at 10,946

 



At the stock markets, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange surged 337 points, or 0.9 per cent, to close at 36,982, today.



The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange jumped 98 points, to 10,946.
