Udaipur: Pacific College of Engineering was honored for their contribution in Engineering Education during the "EduIndia 2016" held at New Delhi. The Chief Guest for the function was Mr. Vijay Goel, Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports. Piyush Javeria, Director received the award from Swami Atmapriyananda, Vice-chancellor, Swami Vivekanand University. Pacific College of Engineering was nominated by Prof. N. P. Kaushik, Vice-Chancellor for this honor.
Pacific College of Engineering got special mention for implementation of ICT and latest technologies and making Udaipur emerge as EduDestination. Piyush Javeria was also part of Panel Discussion on "Demystifying Educational Technology Adoption & Attunement" along with Mr. Lokesh Mehra, Director, Oracle India and Ms. Saloni Malhotra, Vice-President, PayTM. The programme was attended by Vice-chancellors of various universities and CEOs of many MNCs.
