Cook With Hritu: Bajra & Quinoa Cheela

Ingredients: Bajra flour 1 cup, Quinoa or Ragi flour 1 cup, cauliflower grated 1/2 cup, onions and green chillies finely chopped, salt, pepper and garam masala according to taste, desi ghee 4 to 5 teaspoons.
Method: Take Bajra and Quinoa or Ragi flour in a big bowl. Slowly add water to make it smooth. Add cauliflower, onions, chillies and other ingredients. Make the batter and keep aside. Take a pan and put desi ghee in it. Make fine cheelas one by one on medium heat. Serve with mint & coriander chutney.
