The 71st Republic Day was celebrated with great pomp at the district level

Chittorgarh(Hritu Sodhi PRO) : India's 71st Republic Day was celebrated with pomp at the IndiraGandhiPriyadarshiniStadiuminChittorgarh at the District level. The program was inaugurated at 9:05 am by the Minister of Cooperation, Shri Uday Lal Anjana. After this he took the march past and parade salute. After the parade commander informed about the parade termination, the Governor's message was read by Additional District Collector Mukesh Kumar Kalal. Development lies in unity - Governor In the Governor's address, several important announcements were mentioned while congratulating the Government for various notable works done by the Government in the last 1 year. the Governor congratulated the people on the New Year and Republic Day, congratulating all the freedom fighters, policemen and the Indian Army. He said that Adarsh Gram will be selected on every Gram Panchayat under Mahatma Gandhi Adarsh Gram Yojana. In the Governor's address,theGovernmentschemestoproviderelief to the common man, he first mentioned about HealthyRajasthan,inwhichit saidthatthe'Healthy Rajasthan Law' should be made to make the general public healthy. He informed that Janata clinics are being opened for the public and the State Government is arranging free treatment for serious diseases like cancer, heart, kidney, liver etc. Apart from this, relief will be provided to the public by opening a medical college at every District headquarter. He also informed about opening of various schools for up gradation of schools and studies in English medium will be done soon. He said that the State Government is committed to educatethegirl students throughEnglishlanguage and to keep them aligned with the whole world. He said that the State Government is making special efforts to enrich Sanskrit language and in this direction Sanskrit language will be upgraded through education in schools. He informed that the Government is making efforts to provide pure drinking water in rural areas and many works are also being done by the Government to increase ground water level and conserve more rain water. He informed about 838 MW increase in power capacity and 1099 MW increase in solar power. Hesaidthat specialreliefisbeingprovidedtofarmers and rural people by issuing new connections in rural areas. The benefit of crop loan waiver scheme, pension scheme and other schemes are being continuously given to the public by the Rajasthan government. Rajasthan has become the leader in the entire country by waiving the loans of 22 lakh farmers. He said that public information portal has been opened by the Government and free Jan Aadhaar cards are being made. He also informed about running incentive scheme to promote new small and micro industries. Apart from this, the Government has contributed to road constructionanddevelopmentbyspending7325crores. He said that 1000 villages will be connected with roads in future. Along with this, the Government also gave information about the purchase of bluelinebusesandplans torunelectricbuses infuture. He said that the Government is providing relief to the poor by distributing wheat at the rate of ₹ 1. He said that pension has been increased from ₹ 500 to ₹ 750 for widows and abandoned women aged60years. Simultaneously,the'MahilaShakti Nidhi' has been formed and the Government is also providing facilities for transgender and people with disabilities. In order to give incentives to sportspersons, the State Government said to give 2% reservation to players in State Services. He informed that a one-day farmers conference was organizedinwhich28000farmersparticipatedand got information about their problems related to agriculture and new farming practices. The Governor's address said that the State Government is trying to arouse public confidence in the police. He said that the State Government is working determinedly to raise the standard of living of the people of the State and strengthen unity. Cooperative elections are necessary for the best creation of democracy -Cooperative Minister Shri Anjana After the Governor's address, Cooperation Minister Uday LalAnjana mentioned in his speech the benefits of public welfare schemes in 13 months of the Government. He said that celebrating the National festival is a matter of pride, it symbolizes that we are free. It is a matter of pride that India is the largest republic in the world. He said that honoring District Collector Chetan Deora by the State Government on this occasion is a matter of pride and it is the Government's steptowards strengtheningdemocracy. He counted the achievements of the Cooperative Department and said that Rajasthan is trying to move ahead in cooperatives. Debt distribution and loan waiver are the best achievementsoftheGovernmentinwhichtheGovernment has got the biggest success by waiving the loans of 22 lac farmers. He said that he is doing good work in cooperatives as a farmer and due to this hehasgotanimportantdepartmentlikeCooperative Department. He said that development in the true sense will happen when farmers wi l l develop because cooperative is a departmentassociatedwith farmers. He said that this year they will try to have cooperativeelectionsafter Panchayat Raj elections so that democracy can be strengthened. Herecalledthefreedom fighters of India in his speech, then the Chief Guest Cooperative Minister Uday LalAnjana and District Collector Chetan Deora honored 73 best performing talents at the District level. Afterthis,1000youngchildrenfrom40schools gave the message of 'Building a healthy Nation with a healthy body' by performing various exercises. Mahatma Gandhi English Medium Senior Secondary School gave a lovely performance on Rajasthani dance symbolizing communal harmony. Immediately after this, beautiful tableaux of all departments at the District level attracted the attention of the guests. First on the 10th National Voters' Day, the tableau related to elections was taken out by Chittorgarh for the message of voter awareness. After this, Women and Child Development Chittorgarh presented beautiful tableaux giving the message of 'Beti Bachao Beti Padhao' and ' Ab Ghunghat Nahi'. After this the tableau was taken out by the Department of AgricultureandHorticultureforthepurposeofgreenery and the message of adopting the drop irrigation system. In the tableau related to Republic Day, rural women were shown to be financially strong and women operating laptops in rural areas were the center of attraction for everyone. The tableau of the Chief District EducationOfficerandDistrictProjectCoordinator, Department of Composite Education, Chittorgarh was based on self-defense training and girl education in which he showed that 58000 girls have been trained in self-defense last year. After this the tableau was taken out giving the message of providing solar energy free of cost, pure drinking water, increase ground water level, save water by Department of Public Health Engineering Department. After this, tableaux on 'Energy Saving'oftheAjmerPowerDistributionCorporation was displayed. The tableau based on 'Save the earth will save us' is the protection of all of us, which everyone liked very much. The tableau of Information and Technology and Communication Department gave information by e-Mitra. At the same time, the tableau of the Excise Department made the public aware of the ill effects of alcoholism. The tableau of Nirogi Rajasthan was the most different, in which healthy and prosperous Rajasthan, adopting contraceptive measures for population control, using sanitary napkins for teenager health, adopting exercise and yoga to avoid serious diseases, improving lifestyle to avoid diseases gave the strong message to the public. Tableaux of Rural Development and EducationDepartmentwereawardedthefirstprize, TableauofAgricultureDepartmentgotsecondprize and Tableau of Public Health Engineering Department and Forest Department was awardedthirdprize. TheprogramendedwiththeNational anthem'JanaGanaMana'andalltheguests stood and concluded with the announcement of Bharat Mata Ki Jai. District Collector Chetan Deora hoisted the flag at his residence at 8:00 am and 8.30 am in the presence of all personnel and officers in the District Collectorate. The flag was hoisted for the first time at District Information and Public RelationsOfficeandInformationCenterChittorgarh in which all the personnel of the Information Center participated.
