Mumbai: Joining the humanitarian assistance cause, social organization, ‘Ekata Manch’ in association with Clara’s College of Commerce, Children Welfare Centre High School, Lions Club of Bombay Oceanic and many other organization have joined hands to assist the flood victims in Kerala. Together they are organizing a “Kerala Flood Relief Rally” on Saturday, 1 September 2018 from Children Welfare Centre High School, Yari Road, Versova, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400 061 from 8:00 a.m in the morning. The rally will be for a distance of 3 kilometers covering the entire Versova area.
Mr. Ajay Kaul, General Secretary of social organization ‘Ekata Manch’ has appealed to all the residents to come out and help the flood victims of Kerala and heartily donate whatever possible – be it food materials and grains, clothes, utensils, cash or cheque donations, etc.All the religious leaders from the temple, mosque, church, gurudwara and others from the vicinity are participating in this rally too.
Mr. Prashant Kashid, Executive Chairman of Children Welfare Centre High School also informed that they will also be collecting all the basic requirements and necessities too till 9 September 2018 at their school premises. All donors can go there at Children Welfare Centre High School Ground, Yari Road, Versova, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400 061 and give whatever things they can afford to donate at this venue.The organizers of the social organization has requested all people to join hands and come forward in large numbers to assist the ‘Kerala Flood Relief Rally’ and make it a grand success.
