In Vande Mataram program organised at Goa Eminent Spiritual Guru Brahmeshwar Swami Ji, Founder of Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti and eminent Jain Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muni ji, Central Defence Minister Shri Manohar Parikar, Central Ayush Minister Shri Shripad Nayak, Chief Minister of Goa Shri Laxmikant Parsekar, Founder of International Siddhaksham Shakti Centre U.K. Shri Rajrajeshwari ji, Jagatguru Dilip Ji Maharaj from New York and many eminent religious gurus, political leaders and social workers took part.
Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muni addressing the gathering said that it is our duty to save and secure the country which gives us everything. Along with guarding the borders we have to build the national character of our citizens for country's security. Racist obsession, Communal fanaticism is harmful for the country.
Central Defence Minister Shri Manohar Parikar appreciating the organisation of Vande Mataram program said that Saints can play an important role in national character building. When Political Leaders, Religious Gurus, Social Workers will talk about patriotism from one platform it will definitely leave an impact on the people of the country.
Central Ayush Minister Shri Shripad Nayak said that Country is more important than religion, family and profession. People of the country will develop only with the development of the country. It is necessary to take patriotism to the youth.
Chief Minister of Goa Shri Laxmikant Parsekar said that in Goa people of all religions live in harmony and peaceful atmosphere is there in the state. Goa has always given its contribution in the development of the country.
Swami Brahmeshwar Ji, Shri Rajrajeshwari ji, Jagatguru Dilip Ji Maharaj said that the Great Scholars in Scriptures have highlighted the importance of our birth country. They have said that the Country we are born in holds a higher status than heaven. We must work together for the safety and security of our country.
